lg ub60 leaking

hi, im working on a lg ub60 ducted unit, the unit is leaking due to the condensation droplets on the internal pipes are being carried over the drip tray by the fan. is this a common problem? any ideas on how to solve this problem?

Insulate the exposed pipes?

Check also that the condensate drain and trap is correctly sized/installed.

is the water wetting the coil
had a ahu once that came from factory with oil or grease on fins water just ran off and was picked up by airflow degreased coil and cured problem
