Help needed Caravell linde mulitideck chiller

Hi all i new to this forum so first -- HELLO everyone
I need a bit of help with a Linde Dairy multideck chiller control box, I am told its a Caravell control box, I need to know how to reset to factory settings or does anyone have a manual or instructions how to set the parameters, we had a so called engineer come out and fiddle with it to change to set point but he messed with the defrost settings and now it wont defrost, so i realy want to just reset it or set it to how it should be

Hi do you mean the make of fridge is caravell but the controller could be caral,LAE,Elliwell or simular ?

caravell is a brand name bought by linde probably the controller will be lae, carel or danfoss.

the cabinet is a linde, badged as caravel and they use carel controllers, have worked on loads
