Dear All,

I have searched the web and cant find this company /software anywhere.

I am trying to track down a software system or company called "Versai" or "Versaille" (colloquial) that is used by some Supermarket retailers for monitoring KPI's and service performance tracking etc?

Has anyone heard of this name and can you kindly provide me contact details?

thats because your spelling it wrong the name is verisae, they are an American company that are used for monitoring Tesco and Waitrose. :)

Any one know what Verisae,s companys reputation is with the big retailers versus thier competition?

there reputation is obviously very good, when you take into account they look after Tesco, Sainsburys and Waitrose, not a bad client list in my opinion, i know the said 3 have tried other systems but verisae is the best at giving thier clients real time tracking of every order raised they also supply top notch detailed reports to the client and contractor, its that good for the client AS its this they glean their info on thier KPI'S to ream there contractors out of every penny they have :(
