carrier 30s is not working

I have a truck with carrier s30 unit which is not working.
Alarm code is A04. Compressor clutch is not rotating.
one side of line has foam instead of gas.

Please help!

You have a damaged compressor clutch, burnt coil or a break in the circuit.
Check electrical connections because it may be somewhere in the cable disconnected from the coil or rubbed.
