I have a customer with a Mypro microprocessor. When they put the slide valve control in automatic, the micro re-boots and dumps the RAM memory thereby erasing all setpoints. If run in manual control, there is no issue. I have changed out every component in the panel with exception of the driver board (which is obsolete) and the display screen and the issue still persists. Any ideas or similar experiences?
