Commissioning of chilled water ahu

we are commissioning a 16000 cfm Chilled water ahu. what i require is how to calculate the coil tonnage capacity. do you have any formula and also require the commissioning procedure. thanks.

It depends on the chilled water temperature and the coil geometry (tube diameter and pitch, fins pitch....) and size.

i am new in this field, but as i know to get the tonnage you have to devide the CFM by 400.
and i will attach a commissioning form for you, note that i devide it on 2 files.
