Hotpoint Mistral replaced both thermistors now what

Hi all

I had the high tempreture problem with my fridge freezer (high temps on both), so got the 2 sensors yellow & green and fitted them, also cleaned out the bottom grills and left for 24 hrs to defrost.

All worked fine for the last few weeks now i have the same problem back again, is there asnything else i could try ?

Update on this i left the fast freeze on overnight to see if it helped any but nothing so have just removed the bottom back panel and the tank is hot to touch but i can hold my hand on it just and no noise from it and also the fan is not moving.
