problem with my AC chiller

hello guys i have problem with my ac chiller
when i push On button it runs idle and dont take load and after few moment it trips with high head pressure.
whats kind of problem it have?

what kind of chiller? model etc, provides more data

If you are sure that you are tripping high head, then follow that lead. Check condensor motors and clean condensor. Start with the basics and work from there.
