Does anyone have any info for this unit.I have a customer who has one and it looks like it has been butchered.I am not sure what parts are missing if any.I don't want to start messing with this until I have a manual of some sort.
1995 Thermo Plus 915 ME. It is a cold plate unit.The manufacturer/distributor is in Canada,they don't have a manual on this unit.
