hotpoint freezer Future RZA30

My hotpoint freezer Future RZA30 started to light high temperature and suddenly stop freezing when we moved the position to place it. We have empty the freezer and re plugged but still nothing change. Does anyone know what caused this problem? Please advise.

Not sure what happened. Thought it could be electrical fault, fuse may have gone, but replaced and have checked these parts like relay, capactior. From front still though it looks powered up as normal, but compressor never gets going, thus no cooling produced. The 'tank', of it if you like just gets hot.
Can something as simple as that cause the compressor to stop working internally?
Does anyone know the going rate to have the freezer gas fixed.
Or a general call-out fee for service repair.
Am in N.London area.
