Hi,
Can I please for help with KTK chiller?
3 days ago we found broken housing of EX-8 electonic exp valve. After repair (oil change: Suniso SL 68 (local dealer recommended)), vacuuming and new R 407c (120 kg) chiller was starting excellent and working 12 hours. After that stopped with error message compressor overload. Compressor is Refcomp SRC-S 553, expansion valve EX 8 ( from Alco with Carel EV driver EVD 200) and controller Carel PCOB with pLAN.
We have check all EM valves, operation of fans, water pump. oil level (not oil flow), everythig is OK. But, there is no flow in sight glasses. Static preasure of gas is 12 bar (170 lbs). After starting LP goes to -0,5 bar (-25 lbs) and HP to 14 bar (210 lbs). Its looks like there's not enough refrigerant, but cannot find any leak.
Is possible problem with oil? Original oil was Fuchs Triton 170 and oil filter was not replaced because we dont have enough time for waiting for new part.
