any one know a website that has information about air handling units. information on maintaining them and servicing them any help would be great

Most manufacturers will have information on their own products, so perhaps a google on a particular name or two may help.

With regard to the maintenance of them once again the manufacturers O+M manual will provide the individual requirements of their models.

Other than that it comes down to the needs of the various components in the AHU....
Intake/mixing dampers
Pre-heat coil
Filter bank
Cooling coil - LPHW or DX
Reheat coil
Motor drive
Belts and pulleys
Fan
Bearings
Sensors
etc

As the AHU comprises these items you could almost make up your own list of tasks by ascertaining the requirements for each one.
