Ariston Frost Free Frezzer

I have a brand new Ariston Frost Free Freezer which worked beautifully for 8 days, today i opened the door and it is all frosted up, did I do something wrong, eg accidentally leave the door ajar? Or is it crook?

Frosted all over the door and drawers, it is a full length freezer, and the frost is nearly full length.
