Evening all. Whirlpool upright freezer with evaporaror in the top of cabinet. Need to replace fan/motor which is conveniently located behind evaporator. Does anyone have intimate knowledgee of these? Does the evap cover drop off below evap to enable fan motor to be removed (it mounts on the evap cover) leaving evaporator hanging in mid-air, supported by the pipework? Any suggestions gratefully accepted.:confused:
