Ductable unit to be installed at school class room

in a new project we want to install some ductable airconditioners at a school buildings,what type of precotions we taken in this situvation.
unit capacity .8.5 TR & 5.5 TR as per the size of classes and available location for indoor fixing corect above the teachers desk.
