Hi,
I am looking for help as to why the damper in the fridge to freezer aperature on a Whirlpool Model. GRSS 2V 20/0 fridge freezer, does not operate.
It has three connections on the 230 volt operator, none of which are showing any voltage, we wonder if the module controlling this is faulty or presumably it has thermistor / probe to signal it needs to operate.
Has anyone a circuit diagram for this or information?
Norman

Thanks, have you met this problem before & is there any way of proving that, without replacing it. N

Thanks, but is there any way of proving this without replacing the board also which of the connections receive voltage, to open & close, as there does not seem to be neutral present does it depend on a bleed via another component?
