Have a R407c Mr Slim unit showing a U1 fault on controller. Reset and went out to check condenser unit but found it is going into fault straight away after trying to start second time. Checked manual and says U1 is abnormal high pressure. Have linked out hp and unit still does the same. Tryed to start once then goes into fault with three green led flashes and then two red led flashes. System has gas in standing pressure 130 psi. Need to go back with scissor lift to check out properly. Noticed compressor was really hot in its jacket not sure but may this be because its not running and crankcase heater is on ? Think it may be a compressor fault but im not 100% Any help please thanks in advance

Recently had HP problems on single fan condensers, problem was fan blade turning on fan motor shaft because flat inside fan blade seemed to have melted and gone round. Just an idea.

hi guys, i work on a certain hotel, restaurant chain, which have alot of R22 kit, which is under an R22 program, with regards to the R407c on these sites we are starting to replace most blades on the R407c systems as the shape of the plastic shaft is worn to a complete circle.

has any1 else experianced this.

Hi Phil,

If the Hp switch (63hs) has been linked out and it is still showing a high pressure fault then i'd be looking at the outdoor circuit board.
