high discharge superheat

Hi! One of our customer has a 500T centrifugal chiller of Mcquay. The discharge super heat is slightly higher and even on opening of liquid injection port, there is neither a drop in the superheat, neither any reduction in the noise level. We checked with all valves on the injection line and all seem to be fine. Also the compressor has been recently overhauled.
Pls suggest.

hi Dheeraj, are all the valves open? is there psi on all 3 pressure dials on the controle facia? can you get the overall firm back to <run it up?< all the best , sedgy
