Hi All,

Need your help, What better specifications do i need for chiller replacement? I am here at the Makati Office having two tower office building with the height of 160 meters.

Currently:

We are using 5 Chillers
1,150 Tons capacity - 5 units
0.658 KW/Ton


I Need a repalcement of at least 0.350 to 0.450 K/Ton chiller input power

I must assume you mean output. You could look at a few of the danfos turbo cor chillers and compare with a trane centrif or a few screws. That's around fifty stories so you may need a high pressure (water) chiller depending on how much head above the particular chiller. Of course you will need to take into consideration the experience and level of service you may get from local contractors.
Trane will give you bang for your buck and reliability, where the Turbo cor will give you efficiency (dependent on ambient conditions.
