evaporator and condensor sizing

how do i calculate the size of the condensor with respect the evaporator to be used with it.how then by just looking at either of the 2 do i know the size of the compressor to be used with both again

Condenser = heat load + absorbed power
Compressor size = your heat load, you're turning teh problem upside down
