Scotman Ice Machine SCE275 turns off after ice made w no harvesting

Hi, I'm having some trouble with this machine Scotman SEC275. The ice forms but does not drop from the plates. The system does not harvest and shuts off and goes into the Refrigeration mode with a soild red light lite after the ice is made. I've read and searched around online and I think it may be the discharge pressure is low?? If so, how do I fix that?

It's funny.. when i cleaned the ice bin eye sensors.. it would work flawlessly for a day or two then the problem would continue.

Could be faulty sensors but if its not releasing the ice its more than likely the harvest release solonoid, or the defrost not working.

i would have to manually press the Harvest myself for the ice to release. then I would need to hit the Freeze button again to start making more ice. Sometimes it would start up all by itself when all the ice melts off the plates.. but sometimes when I press the freeze soon after it's shut off, the freeze light would flash and thats that. I would have to wait at least 5-10 mins before I could freeze again.
