Air conditioning – VRV system
Service call or AMC given to authorized company or dealer.
During service call, if customer loose refrigerant / any part damage due to service engineer mistake (i.e. improper quality of work / non standard tools / accidently). & the installation is done by the same company before one or two year
Who has to pay the refrigerant / damage part charges?
Customer or vendor
Thanks in advance

In a perfect world the service engineer would put right any wrongs he did at no extra cost to the customer.
It may not always work like that in the real world but
that is what should happen.

Technical / Non technical person also going to prove the points.
For example
If customer purchase A/c unit from dealer. Installation done by the dealer that time gas pressure was 165 Psi. Now after some months during servicing it found 140 psi.where is the difference ?
Means bad installation work (leak) done by dealer or poor material quality /work.
customer only opearate the remote controller.
Now who is responsible for lost gas & its refilling

Over what time period?
Any work carried out would be covered by the warrentee.

Has the costumer met all his service requirements, if so the dealer should pay, if not the client should pay.
Unless you can prove damgage caused by others

Hi sachin,
Warranty would be dependant on time after installation, if it had been serviced at the recommended intervals, and if the customer had been late in payment such as we had to chase them for months for the money or get debt collectors on them.
