Lennox 12ACB Unit?

I have a unit that has roughly 23*F superheat and 26*F subcooling. I am almost positive it's the TXV but dont know what the actual normal operating pressures of the unit should be. Currently they are 70PSIG and 240PSIG.

Can't determine it is an airflow problem or a TXV metering prob. I am leaning towards a TXV problem

some more system information would help, refrigerant, air on air off, ambient etc..
The superheat quoted is that compressor suction or actual evaporator superheat.

Ambient temp was 95*F
R-22 system
System running and Blower on
superheat is compressor suction at condenser.
