Compressor is getting failure Mechanically

I have installed Mitsubishi split type packaged unit Model no. FDC101BA & FDC81BA it is getting failure mechanically it happened 02 times 1st when I got new compressor installed it got out of order mechanically after 01 week of installation then I got it repaired after installation of repaired compressor it has got out of order again when I had considered all the basic parameters regarding new compressor installation and commissioning so make me know why is it getting failure again and again?

Copeland hermetic are not reparable. At least not in usual repair shops.
What was mechanical failure of first one?
