hi guys.has anyone any experiance working on these machines.looked at one today.when it fills the tray with water the weight drops the tray partway down.do i need a complete tray assembly.similar to the icematics only this is more or less all plastic.thanks

Had this problem a couple of weeks ago, its either play between the halldrive and motor or play on the motor shaft, if its the motor it will need replacing but if its the halldrive just drill the pin out and put a small screw in and everything should tighted up. hope this helps

didnt mean the halldrive ment the Motor Connecting Axis, got mixed up
