Trying to find Hitachi CS-Net software for a PC

Hey there folks

I need help in locating a copy of the Hitachi CS-Net air conditioning software for a PC that runs a VRF system through a PC. The condensers are RAS-10FS2 models and wre manufactured in 1998.

We have tried Hitachi and they just dont want to know. We have also tried main agents and a Hitachi installer and we are having no joy. My boss is getting grief from all sides and is getting nowhere fast.

If anyone has a copy of the software or knows where we can get a copy that would be fantastic. Any help at this point will be gratefully appreciated.

Could you guys send me a copy of cs-net as well? im looking for a verion 6.2 in particular. Also is it possible to upgrade from 5.2 to 6.3 without no compatibility issues?
