Hi all,

hope you are all well. Just wondering, im playing with this coolpack software to calculate room cooling demand for various rooms, server rooms, general offices etc.

Just wondering do you guys us Part L for wall/lights/floors and body heat etc.... gains/losses

or would Guide A be better?

I just bought guide B thinking it would have the values in, and cant find them.

Doh.

Please help.

ive rang cibse and they cant help. They say they will get "technical" to call who never do....
