Freezer room construction

Hi ,
I am looking for some general construction details for cool rooms and freezer rooms. I am a trainer for refrigeration and air conditioning in the South Pacific with the Australia Pacific Technical College, an AUS aid funded program. I had some information origionally, when I used to work for a living, from Bondor (manufactures of panel systems) but they don't make it avaiable nowdays and I am having difficulties finding anything on the net...any ideas?
