Hi this is probably due to high pressure ,check your charge and make sure u dont have noncondensibles in system.

Hi, try cleaning your condenser coil with a LOW PRESSURE jet wash that has enough power to clean, but not damage the condenser fins. It may look ok from the outside but could be clogged internally.
You may have to strip the unit by taking any covers & fan blades off in order to get proper access. Just make sure any electrics are protected..
