ACii AC9 Through the wall air conditioning Unit

Hi Can anyone help with this one, It will be a badged unit but don't know who is the manufacturer.

Has anyone got ant tech info, the Timer light flashes constantly and nothing runs, there is no info in the book that the owner has been given. Any help appreciated !! Besides Scraping this (which is prob the best bet).

As this is a friend that has just moved into the house I thought I would try and fix it.

hey iceman , how you doin?
if its just the timer thats faulty, can you by-pass it ? if theres240v to the timer and no volts going to the units compressor + fan moter then its worth by-passing ,< you could allways put a timer on the supply<

It's all on one pcb, It is looking more and more likely it is going to be a scrapper or see if I can mod to take the old Ranco C17, as I have had no luck in tracking down any info on this unit.. Thanks for the reply
