Hi Guys.
Can anyone help?
I have searched copelands website and as of yet I cannot find any service intervals listed.
I have a site which has 2 S series comps (IE D6SJ 400X-AWM-D)
1 is a 6 cylinder and the other is a 8 cylinder.
These have both done other 35,000 run hrs without a service to my knowledge.
Some of the "old sweats" in the depot reckon that these are "run till it drops" compressors.
And yes they seem very tough and reliable, but surely even these would have regular service intervals.
Apart from an annual oil analysis, I cannot remember the last time they were inspected.
In defence they have yet to exhibit any mechanical issues!
Cheers Grizzly

Have you looked in Powel's website?
All Copeland catalogues are there to download.

I did not know he had a website, I bought his Copeland data from a similar website a couple of years ago.
I was slightly disappointed.
Could you pm me with the link please Chemi?
Thanks for the input, it is appreciated.

Hmmmm, I only sell one item Grizzly. It's a Copeland condensing unit capacity reference program with over five-thousand models listed. And, I've never sold it on another website.

The Copeland compressor information available on my site list the USA models. I believe the European models have different motors and are painted green.

The 6 cyl might be the high temp R-22a 6DJ3-4000-??? or 6DR3 (1 bank unloading) or 6DS3 (2 bank unloading)

The eight cyl is either a 8DP3-5000 or an 8DS3-6000.
