assuming that you've been thru every option to repair. Checking unit config etc.
You'll have to change the eprom (the chip) to the latest revision. 1092 this will fix it. I don't normally bother checking anything else, just change the eprom, it sorts it. You'll have to go thru the screens and write down the sensor grades etc as it'll be a cold start removing the eprom.

Below is a modification sanctioned by factory(TK)
This can fix code 111 on some units.

Code 111 Modifications TGV1 Controller

1. Remove “W” wire from alternator and secure to harness so it can not to be re connected
2. Locate “W” wire in control box (usually single plug not connected to anything) and connect “W” wire to good ground in control box.
3. Check that micro programming is correct and that electric stand by is set to NO if unit has no electric stand by.
4. Check that High capacity is set for NO if unit is not set up for high capacity.
5. Check that SL 200e units High capacity is set for YES
6. Locate “WR“ on back of micro cut wire and connect “WR” wire from micro to good ground in control box and tape and secure other end of cut wire back onto harness in control box.
7. Locate FS1 and FS2 wire in J1 plug (pin 13 and 14) on bottom of circuit board and remove wires from harness plug.
8. Locate FS1 wire and CH wire in J3 plug on bottom of circuit board (pin 35 and 36) and remove wires from harness plug.
9. Connect both FS1 wires together with solder and secure and insulate in control box.
10. Connect FS2 wire to CH wire with solder and secure and insulate in control box.
11. Run and test unit for code 111 and pretrip unit.
12. If problem still exist mico chip needs to be changed to 1090.

Hi,
I'm still with the problem
I've tried the modification that carrier trained explaned, before to change the eprom - alarm code is still here, I've tried to order the eprom rev 1090 or 1092 like you suggest me guys, but the local dealer here in Macedonia tells me that that kind of eprom/revision don't exist at all and that the last rev is 1082. They said to me that They ask around and they never heared about rev 1092 (1090). They even ask me how I know about this rev No.! Then I've tried to order this from Greece, and again problem - they want from me to write the part No. of eprom rev 1090 or 1092 -becouse they don't know what I'm asking for exactly - is it all this possible??
