Has anyone had trouble with the internal motor temp sensores ?control is ch532,temp reading is 81 deg c motor is running at nominal amps 100% capacity all parameters within design duty ,motor external temp is normal all around ,filter leading liquid to motor cooling is clean ,all seems ok ,but the temp is high ,
would be happy to hear any ideas.:D

Are all 3 sensors reading the same ? They should be 75 ohms at 75 F. Check the connections at the sensor terminal block, sometimes the resistance readings can be affected by corrosion on the pins due to the condensation in the terminal box.
I`ve not done to much on the CVGF but I believe that the motor temperature thermistors are the same as the CVGA-E. Good Luck

Some old big size units left LAX factory in States with wrong orifice in motor cooling line.
If you have no other problems and the motor is original and in 100% unit operation the temperature maintain these levels then it should be OK.
Max temp is 120°C. You may also check with local office to select an orifice and replace it.

Hi: better late then never ,but the problem was probably corrossion, in the connection terminals,
we even replaced the filter on the liquid line ,
but as i said all is ok temps are back to normal.
thx for the reply!
