The freezer temperature alert light is permanently on, the temperature inside the freezer seems ok, however the outside is hot to touch on both fridge & freezer parts. have removed back panel & removed ice build up, any thought as to what elase I could do?

they have a tube running around the cabinet to stop condensation, if thats getting to hot, then its likely to running low on gas...does it run more then it used to?
