I am installing a compressor Bristol model number H28A583DBL A, I am having trouble getting it started and cannot find information on the correct starting capacitor or if necessary start relays.

That's because the "DBL" designates three phase.

Are you a HVAC tech?

Lesson one: 3 phase compressors don't require start components.

To get help we need more information.

First, describe "I am having trouble getting it started"

What's it doing?

check the model and all related details for the compressor in bristolcompressor.com, just type the model in the search area.

Do you have three phase power available?

If so then you need a contactor and an ON switch.

Best bet however is to get an HVAC Technician involved.

Sorry Slionel.
Your original post does confuse slightly.
But in fairness to you when you study the compressor schematic.
I can understand your possible confusion on the compressor phases.
The trick is the referance to the T1, T2, T3. Terminals.
See below!
Also below is the details for connecting the 3 compressor phases.
If you are still not happy then grab some assistance.
If it now makes sense as we say over here "Fill yer Boots!"
