Got this ice machine to look at porkka kl51 was told buy customer that it not making ice and the bottom were ice drops into is over half full with water, anyone have any ideas what to look for or any tech details on these plz

check that water pump, water inlet sol valve are in working order for starters

easy, if the bit where the ice gathers is full of water then the drain is blocked.
