anyone know what is the final pressure drop of the HEPA can be defined? I had a problem of setting the filter clogged alarm, are the setting related to your fan curve.

Now my exhaust fan is operating with a frequency inverter at 40Hz which can achieve the exhaust flow rate with new HEPA filters, i.e. not in full load condition with a static pressure locate at mid stream of air duct to control the frequency inverter.

I plot the fan curve had about 700pa differrential between the full load speed fan & 40Hz speed.

As the AAF web site do not have the final resistance figure or graph of the ASTROCEL I filter,

CAN ANYONE HELP? THANK YOU

Try perhaps at http://www.camfilfarr.com/script/main.as and let us know their answer. We all could learn of it.

thank you for your advice, i had calibrated the pressure drop alarm to 470pa, waited to see the next round of maintenance to review the pressure drop in next 3 months, we shall also check the negative pressure can be kept or not?
