Mothballing the system

What is the procedure for mothballing the primary refrigeration system with screw compressors and R-507. The system contains two screw compressors with horizontal oil separators, tube-and-shell water cooled condenser, economizer, oil cooling system and a cooling tower. Details of the procedure would be greatly appreciated here.
