problems with van mounted Singola.

Hi, I'm having problems with my van mounted Singola machine, when I first start eveything is fine,nice light fluffy ice cream,courtesy of 'r pump'. After an hour or so however, the ice cream becomes heavy and often sloppy, regardless of how I set up the pump and the cut outs. Can someone please give me some advice or point me towards a compeent Carpigiani engineer, preferably in Wales as I live in Swansea.

Hi John, sorry to hear your having probs with your singola.The problem you have has a lot of "variables in the eqation" eg Pump conditon ,beater speed and condition,Amount of gas in carpi. Lastly but verry inportant have you tried other mix in carpi ie fresh mix?.Hope this is a bit of help, Rob-superwhippy.
