my customer has purchased a cheap gelati freezer display case made in china over the internet . the system has a embraco aspera NJ2190E r22 compressor. it is on its 3rd compressor. all compressor are failing due to high discharge temp and seizing up. all warranty's have been void. i have charge the system with r22. this is the label on the compressor. aspera say it is only a r22 compressor. there is no label on the freezer so refrigerant and charge is unkown. i turned the evap fans off and flooded the coil so its not over charged, replace all filters and installed burn out filters. the pressures dont even add up. what refrigerant is used in china? any other glues i am assume the capillary is the correct size as it is original out of the factory.
