Hiya All...
I have a Bosch Fridge Freezer
model: KGE 3301GB/02.
I am getting an error message E2
I understand that it is a Thermistor
problem.
The fridge is warm ( not working )
the freezer is OK !
I read that you can re wire the front panel
at the top of the fridge to by pass
the thermistors but the wiring diagram I downloaded
was not for my model. I only have 2 wires
and a ribbon cable going to the pcb board.
Can any one help me out with instructions
on how to repair this fridge freezer ?
Thank you in anticipation

E2 error is an error sensor evaporator refrigerator.
It is in the upper right corner to remove insulation and dig up the sensor. It will be on the evaporator plate with a white cable.
After replacing a new sensor should be insulated with foam

Thank you for the Info. I am not a Fridge/Freezer Engineer. When you say it's in the top right hand corner do you mean when your standing at the back of the freezer looking at it ? Could you please tell me how I get inside the fridge ? Do I need to cut a hole through the back of the fridge to reach the senser ?

I have notice the Fridge/Freezer that was displaying the E2 ERROR has stopped displaying the error and has gone back to displaying a fridge temp.
I wonder if it is anything to do with this warm weather we are having previously the weather temp had been 10 to 14 deg C .But since we have had this warm spell 24 deg C. the fridge has been showing a proper temp ! Does anyone thing it will stay fixed or is it just temporary while we have this warm spell ? ? ?
