Hi, we have a Sumsung RS21DGRS Amirican style fridge freezer. A few months ago we had a problem with the fridge being too warm, even though the control panel on the door was showing the right temperature. Turned out it was ice build up in the fridge which affected the fan. After defrosting (for nearly 5 days!) it seemed fine except the lower part of the fridge being too cold (everything freezes rock solid). Now the freezer seems to have gone mad: the temperature display on the door jumps from +7 to - 15 in seconds and it actually is around zero.
Any advice?
Thanks a lot!

hi ngol, I am not ramiliar with this make or model , but if it dont de-frost itself, and the temp , read out is wrong , you need an experianced fridge-tec, < from the place you got it from?<

Check out this:
1. Defrost system problem (electric defrost heater, thermofuse, defrost thermo, or defrost thermistor)
2. Drain pan clogged
3. Evaporator fan stuck.
4. Blocked air circulation through evaporator:)
