Samsung AS09P8GB

I have a Samsung AS09P8GB Air Conditioning unit. Currently, all the lights on the LCD panel keep flashing over and over again, but I can't seem to get it to respond to my remote control. I feel like I might need to reset it, but I don't know how. Please help! Thanks!

I switched the entire unit off, but it still wont work when I turn the appliance back on. Please help!

I'm thinking it might be a problem with the option code. Does anyone know how to enter this in for the model I have?
