Troubleshooting help

I repaired a morgue refrigerator back in january.as of yesterday the box is running hot @ 60 degrees. Pressures are good no bubbles in the sight glass i am thinking restriction but in january a new txv and drier were installed no temp drop accross the drier. I need feed back please on a few possibilities to look for.
