Hi there, i am working on a daikin vrv2 system checking over the thermistor outputs on code 41. 00 - r/c thermistor, 01 - suction thermistor, 02 liquid thermistor, 03 gas thermistor.
Is the 01 thermistor reading the suction temp or the return temp at the return air sensor on the unit??

cheers guys
kris.

00 is the remote controller sensor
01 is the return air temp sensor in unit
02 is the liquid pipe sensor(inlet in cooling, outlet in heating)
03 is the gas pipe sensor (inlet in heating, outlet in cooling).

Hope this helps.

it does refer to it as a suction thermistor and that is the return air thermistor.
It is correct in that as the air is sucking into the unit..
The gas line to the fan coil technically can not be called the suction as this is not what it is it is the gas line.
high pressure gas or low pressure gas..
understand what you mean though..

00 :Thermostat sensor in remote controller
01 : Suction air sensor
02 : liquid pipe sensor
03 : gas pipe senor
0 is unit number & 0,1,2,3 means sensor. For return air temp measurement air thermometer to be use.("suction" return" )
