Hi guys on a site we have a load of eaton Williams units from ipac 30 to btx 30 . Last night I had a callout to a ipac 30 407 c lost gas, we have had 4 units of the same type do the same , today I have reclaim the gas which was left in system, and I've got it under pressured test at 550 psi. No signs of a leak? I think it's a very small leak in the coil. Has any one eles had this?

Try a pressure test at lower pressures.
Start at 50, then 100, then 150 etc. Sometimes the higher pressures can "push" a leak closed.

Hi :
brian has a point, but i would recomend using a electronic leak detector, set on sensitive.
any time we have multiple unit leaks there is no easy solution ,but plain old ,search & fix!:)
