sanyo h07 fault

I have a sanyo 3 compressor vrf unit running on 407
The h07 fault is a low compressor oil fault
Upon checking the charge on the system it seemed that there has been a small loss of refrigerant so I added 1.5kg of gas
I have also added 0.5ltr of oil
There are no signs of leakage
I have thought of changing the sensor

any ideas
