reset run hr mcquay chiller

hi all can anyone help .i have a mcquay chiller ALS 081.2 SE XN . im having a problem with resetting the maintenace hr run on the evaporator pump. the problem is that the when im on the maintenace password page the controller will not allow me to enter the password there are no 0000 at the bottom right of the screen. any help would be appreciate any help my email is chris.foss@live.co.uk

What type of controller is fitted, microtech or carel?
