Problem with a Hiyasu 7000btu 407c unit

Hi All,
My friend has a problem with a Hiyasu 7000btu 407c split system it works on cooling fine gas pressures to to be fine but when u turn it to heat mode it pumps out colder air than when cooling and also the suction pipe is frosting up.

in other words make sure your 4 way valve is energising or deenergising as desigend,:)
