High Temp Compressor

We are currently designing a heat pump to recover waste heat from a 55 C bath and pump it to a 95 C bath. We are looking at using a mixture of R152a and R245a. Which in studies has provided a good response in the 90-100C heating range. In the particular study the experiment was run using R 134a compressor. I’m wondering if anybody has any recommendations for 5-6 kW compressors that can handle discharge temps in the 100 C range.

All compressors can handle discharge temps of 100C, not a problem. looks like a commercial dishwasher to me?

I have a Bristol 12 ton r22 unit in a similar application running r 416. Was originally R12. The Manufacturer used a smaller displacement compressor due to the high head pressures and temp's. The Kiln manufacturer also used copemetics and Carlile compressors. I have recorded discharge temps of 127C with condenser ambient of 74C. Only one Compressor replacement since 1990. One evaporator, 4 expansion valves and one distributor.

i suggest you to use 2 stage compressor. its usually design as rotary type compressor (2 cylinder type)...

suction pipeline is freezing most of the time & i notice thata the pressure @ low side is to low, how it is happen & whay? anyone can share the idea...

It's not about the compressor handling the discharge temp, it's about the oil handling the discharge temp.

What is it? Describe the system and components.
Also report expected temperatures and readings.

sounds like restricted evap air flow, maybe plugged filter, dirty coil anything causing low air flow.
